We simulate and test the entire printing process using various makes and models of CIJ presses at room temperature. During this process, the inks are run under different conditions of viscosity, pressure, modulation values and other parameters. By keeping a detailed record of the occurrence of faults and the quality of the test prints, we make fine adjustments to the ink parameters to ensure optimum operational stability.
